Great seller. There was an issue with the listing and the seller gave me a refund right way and apologized for the inconvenience. The product, though incorrect, arrived in great condition and was well packaged.
For reference - The company makes two very similar models of this product, and do not have model numbers on them, and do not document it well on their website so you wouldn't know without a lot of research.
