I bought a similar bed frame from another seller with poorly designed support underneath and that seller begged me to remove the review without doing anything to mitigate the issue, I got ghosted and had to toss out a bed I spent a few hundred on. Just LOOK at the support bars when you are shopping and when I finally did I knew this was going to be the one. Finally I can sleep in my bed and move the couch unafraid that the bed is going to cave in on me.

It is very firm but some spots were more firm than other and my hips were higher than my head. I informed the seller and was offered $35 refund, which I refused, so the seller offers a full refund with the agreement that i dispose of the mattress, which I did. The seller done good by me, thank you.
