bought a pack of 2600 resistors. the price and delivery time were great. the box that holds the resistors was damaged, but not from shipping – they knew that they were shipping me a broken box. (one is really buying the resistors, and not the box, so I am not making a big deal of it. just going with 4 stars, which is fair. I did not need to communicate with the seller, so I am not reviewing that part of the transaction.) POSITIVE experience, and I would buy from them again and recommend.

The shipping time was not very long as well and the product arrived exactly as described and was well protected in the appropriate packaging.
