    A Fantastic Introduction to Beethoven's Symphonies

    A person wanting to more fully comprehend and appreciate Western music could hardly do better than employing the Great Courses lectures of Professor Robert Greenberg. His presentation style is clear, upbeat and engaging; these are not dry lectures. Having a person of this caliber as a tour guide through Beethoven's Symphonies has added tremendously to my enjoyment and appreciation of them. Regardless of your current level of musical knowledge, I believe you will find these lectures to be a great addition to your education. Highly recommended.
