    I had a very bad experience with this seller. I believe this is the only time I’ve left a negative review in many years. I bought the item. The seller created a shipping label, and then never delivered the palate to the post office. I waited a long time and tried to contact the seller to resolve the issue two or three times. I never heard back from the seller. I then contacted EBay and they eventually refunded my purchase. I should have notices this seller only had a 76% review score.
