Product Information

Act of War: Direct Action is a modern-day shooter, based on the novel of the same name by best-selling military fiction author Dale Brown. The game is designed to add depth to its story with nearly an hour's worth of original, live-action video, which is interspersed with the gameplay. Players take the role of Brown's recurring hero, Jason Richter, who leads "Task Force Talon" to follow a twisting, techno-thriller plotline, wound around terrorism and conspiracy, that leads from Washington, D.C. to Moscow.

The pants arrived early, which was awesome. However, I found a stain on the pants that wasn't mentioned in the description. I also couldn't see it in the pictures due to the quality of the pics and lighting. Thankfully, some Shout and a quick was and it came right out. I messaged the seller just as an FYI but haven't received any kind of response. All in all still a positive experience and would probably do business with this seller again.

    Act of War Direct Action

    The product number which came with the game was the wrong one, rendering the game unable to load. Someone send me the wrong cd to match the code.

    Great game for a low price.

    If you like any kind of strategy type games i.e. command and conquer, starcraft, age of empire type, this game is for you. The campaigns are very well made and the time is set in the present or near future. I think the best part of the game is that the game maps are really well built. They literally took citys like san franciso, washington dc, etc. to create maps. You get to build units, kill the enemy, and blow up buildings in real cities (legally) =P. in all, very realistic and is a must buy.

    Pretty good RTS game

    Would be nice if you could play as the "bad guys", not just on the U.S. forces side. Haven't played on the most difficult level, but on normal, it's rather easy to build up a strong armored force and just rush the enemy. Not a huge challenge, but still a decent amount of fun to play.

    awesome game

    act of war is like command and conquer meets tom Clancy lol using real life situations, resources, and even politics to make for a great action/strategy game it takes the concept of the command and conquer series and puts a real life twist on it i recommend this game for anyone who loves a good strategy game or just a fun game in general

    Best Strategy Game EVER!!

    I love 99.9% of everything about this game! The visuals are awesome and it is not any easy game that you can just fly through. The only issue I had w/ it is that it took so darn long to load and it took up a ton of space. Other then that, it is most definatly the best stradegy game I have EVER played.
