My daughter loves how it toned the overly golden warm tones that appeared as a yellow color and cooled it to a cool ice/platinum/ash tone. I just wish I’d known we needed developer in order to use it because no where around town here carries developer unless u buy a hair coloring kit which new users such as us had no clue but otherwise it worked great and shipped quickly.
