The Stuhrling Original team are A+++ Customer service and communication. I believe they actually cared about making sure I was a happy customer. I own many tourbillons at a price point of $2000.00 or less and the Stuhrling Eclipse a well built piece of art with incredible detail. The pictures do not do this justice. *I did get the SILVER - SILVER Eclipse even though the feedback is under the Black Gold. If you are on the fence about a tourbillon go Stuhrling #1 on eBay.
