    I had many questions and concerns about this equipment both before purchase and after its arrival. I can only image the seller had to be slightly annoyed. However, it is an expensive piece of equipment for use on fragile newborns. The seller never gave me the impression he was annoyed and was quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. The bili meter is in perfect working order, clean with minimal wear, calibrated to 0, and gives a reading within 0.4 of a brand new mete. Highly recommend!
