Bought 2 bottles of the Omorovicza mist, due to poor packaging (just a Jiffy bag) one of the bottles arrived completely broken and the spray leaked everywhere. Seller initially agreed partial refund , which I assumed would be the price for one bottle, but no, only offered to refund £10. eBay was no help either, asked me to return the item in order to receive refund. How am I going to return a pile of broken glass!
