He responded asking for # on box but never answered return question. I sent # on box never answered question again & now is requesting pic of item, packing labe,l etc., so they dont make that same mistake for other buyers. Not addressing the issue I feel. Now I have another 9ft umbrella I dont need with 8 spines & could have gotten that cheaper elsewhere
