This seller isn't able to extend combined shipping when you buy 2 different items from their catalog. It would seem that you have to buy multiples of the same item for them to give you combined shipping they advertise. My suggestion would be to have seller revisit some eBay "how to" training module or call customer support for some one on one instruction.
