Customer purchased with Free USPS First Class Mail on 3/25, item was shipped in less than 24 hours via USPS Priority Mail at no cost to them ($4+ Upgrade). They were upset that USPS takes more than 2-3 days, First Class Average is over 7 business days. On top of that, we sent the Customer a second set (with 90 Degree on Both Sides) since the first set only had 90 Degree connectors on 1 side... again FREE OF CHARGE to the customer. Some people you just can't make happy no matter what you do.

item was delivered quickly, and it arrived neatly packed and appeared very clean. it functions well when used in a compatible device. item did have some very slightly bent pins on a header i won't use, which isn't a big deal, plus it was easily fixable. item succeeded the tests i put it through, i never encountered any problems. overall i consider this item satisfactory. the seller is also very nice; i'm thankful for the offer they gave me for this item. truly an excellent seller.
