    During January 2026 I purchased two of these heaters a 20,000 and a 30,000 BTU. I sent a text I wanted Propane. When they arrived I called and I was told they were Natural Gas only. I sent them back. I ordered another for Propane. I called stating on the box it stated 18,000 BTU. I ordered a 20,000 BTU. Very disrespectful support person.
