Ordered GLYCERIN Col Conk shave soap 2.25 oz each in a pack of 4 soaps. Col Conk changed their soap to 2.0 oz hard pucks without glycerin. Seller sent 4 pack of the new Col Conk pucks. This isn't what I wanted. I paid more for the newer soaps than buying directly from Col Conk. I contacted the seller and the response was "Sorry". I asked the seller "how do we proceed?" and didn't get a response. I should have read the seller's feedback closer because another buyer had the exact same experience.

After requesting clarification on listing as my elderly father needed a glycerin product, seller sent wrong item from Amazon as a gift (charging 25% more than Amazon price) Item was different than photo & description of listing. Contacting them of the error, I received a brief, nonsensical reply, & “Sorry.” My only recourse was to return to Amazon using the gift receipt - no other address was provided. I cannot get a refund for the price I paid, and I have NO product at all.

Goop is an amazing product !
Been using Goop hand cleaner from my childhood and teenage days during the 1960's and 1970's. My Dad always kept a tub of it in our shed because we were always working on lawnmowers , garden tiller or cars all will get you hands and arms greasy and dirty that plain old soap won't remove very easily. I started out using it after working on my bicycles as a kid then I graduated to repairing the push mowers and chaining the oil. Goop always worked so well and it still does after 50 years of me using it. Hard to find in stores so EBay is where I found my. Gets stains out of clothes better then Spray N Wash or Resolve too ! I love this product! It takes everything off without harming my skin!!! Great for paint! And it not only works for hands! I use it on clothing stains and it works every time! My son brought home from college a shirt that hat he had stained with blood and had already been washed and it was still stained, I rewashed it with goop and the stain disappeared! We were both surprised!!! I just applied it to the stain and washed it! The stuff is awesome! It works fast too! Love it!I love this product! It takes everything off without harming my skin!!!
