I'm disappointed that the case has very little ventilation on the case lid, unlike the Canakit case which has a Raspberry-shaped ventilation opening. Item came with 3 heat sinks as promised; some people might want 4 or even 5 heat sinks. Purchasers may want to buy a Raspberry Pi fan for cooling.

Ok transaction, Power Supply was 15W and not 27W so that was a bit disappointing. Also refused to refund the Power Supply even though it was listed as an addon and not a package deal. Was my first Pi 5 Purchase so I will know next time which Power Supply to opt for. Not the end of the world but a bit disappointing.
