I eventually saw in my orders that she finally started packing my items after my 2nd message to her – 12 days after my order. The items arrived too late for me to give to my coworkers. I will not buy from this seller again, due to her never starting my order until I had to first contact her. More importantly, the lack of any response to me to explain the delay.
