    So far so good with the new rebuild with these Roller Rockers. The reason 5 stars weren't given was because they were made outside the USA. Thank you for the great value anyway, just hope that they hole up to the abuse that i might give them.

    Very low quality, broke with less than 500 miles on a new build.

    Hello, I purchased a set of these for an engine build, and feel like people need to know how poor of quality these items are. I started the engine for the first time a few weeks ago, and have been going through an easy 500 mile break in on the engine, with no full throttle pulls, no RPM's in excess of 4000 rpm, no excess idling or engine heat, as per Hammer Performance's recommendations for their new cylinder and piston kit. The engine is currently at 480 miles, and one of these rocker arms completely broke during a ride in 40 MPH city traffic on my way home from work. Not worth the savings when you could possibly ruin a very expensive engine build.

    NEEDED MORE INFO

    PRICE IS GOOD BUT I HAD TO CLEARANCE THE VALVE COVER FOR THE INTAKE VALVES AND THAT SHOULD BE NOTED SOMEWHERE IN THE INFO. WHEN I TRIED TO START IT I DID NOT HAVE ANY COMPRESSION AND THAT ALSO MAKES IT NOT HAVE SPARK. IT WAS EASY TO CLEARANCE THE COVERS BUT I HAD TO TAKE IT APART TWICE.

    No instructions

    Over all I'm very happy with them. But what I didn't know is that u have to clearance your rocker box top. Otherwise when u bolt them down they open both intake valves. Resulting in zero compression. Grind out casting on under side of rocker box top on the intake side and away we go. Very quiet valve train. Good addition to my other mods.

    Bad roller tolerance

    The arms forging are good, but the rollers fit on the pin are terrible, I’m not talking end play, I’m talking roller fit on pin. Way too much play. Terrible quality control. I went so far as to remove the new roller, install rollers from an older set I had , and they are precisely fit. So it shows that the new rollers have too much tolerance. And this is the 3rd set I’ve ordered from different sellers, all with the same issue
