I have not worked with a more thoughtful seller and I received my new computer part as described, new in the Dell box.     Solved the bad KB problem and extended life of laptop

    I was able to methodically install the product (after having practiced several times with other KB replacements). It functions just fine, however one of the corners is slightly askew. I would have prefered a black keyboard (not in stock) so now I have a two tone laptop.
