Great alarm with plenty of features
First off I must say, even tho I purchased the alarm for myself and being a former installer for years, I can appreciate the extra information cards they give to explain how the alarm operates in easy but detailed ways. Even for programming the 2 way transmitter features. Many big name brands dont do that and rely completely on the installer teaching them in 5min and they have to remember it all. Now onto the alarm. I can say the oled xmitter is a bit big and heavy but not ridiculous. Great it can recharge. The display isnt exactly hi res like the pictures show but still fancier than anyone elses remote. The 1 way remote is pretty clean looking and looks good with the entire word excalibur flashing when a button is pushed. The manual clearly explains that EVERYTHING including the ... Also shows how to change batteries and how to buy new xmitters if you flush yours down the toilet. The install manual has all the nexessary info without becoming ridiculous. It doesn't baby step you but that's fine because hopefully you know what yer doing when taking on this kind of alarm anyway. But if you need baby steps, you can go online or scan the QR code for videos and detailed info. Wiring is a tad thinner than id like for the heavy current wires but most newer cars are relay driven anyway so wont be affected. Anyway this alarm has all the features and easy programming as any other big name. All colors on wires are of standard alarm color code and this alarm even has battery backup included. Dont know how well that works yet but considering ive paid well over 200 with dealer discounts for the big boys, this alarm without discounts cant be beat... I'll update any annoying quirks or range issues at a later time.

Everything is great except it did not come with a module for auto engine start and the instructions weren't good to read at all. The display shows a BMW but it doesn't have all the correct wiring. So my lights do not light up when the alarm goes off as well as no auto engine start.
