      This is the best in tree top handled battery powered chainsaw in its price class period. Its power rivals the Stihl MS 194T. Pros Cuts well Powerful Good balance Quiet No exhaust I like that it gets 36 volts via 2 standard Makita 18 volt batteries. These batteries can be used on any Makita 18v tool. Fully equipped with 2 batteries, scabbord , wrench, charger & manual Cons Eats Batteries

      Awesome Product

      This little saw is a work horse. It is well balanced and is easily used with one hand. I was surprised at how much power it has. The batteries last a good while. I had a Stihl top handle saw and I believe that this little unit runs better than the Stihl.

      Excellent performance, and price, Too heavy

      Great chain speed, much faster than the first gen that I bought some 7 years ago. Very fast cutting, like a gas saw of similar size. Batteries last about as long as a tank of gas too. I gave it only 4 stars due to its weight...very heavy, and the fact that it only comes with a 14" bar, which makes it nose heavy. I swapped it out for a 12" bar and am much happier with the balance. I'm using this saw on a professional level an am pleasantly surprised by its performance. I would recommend this product to other tree service professionals due to its affordability, especially when compared to the 36v Husqvarna which costs approximately 3 times more for saw, 2 batteries, and charger.

      Totally impressed by this little saw!

      I tested the saw on clearing a trail and cut about 15+ trees, some pretty big, about 14"+ inches in diameter. I was totally impressed by how well this saw tore thru these trees, of course, nothing like a new factory chain sharpness. After cutting for quite a while I could not sense any diminishment in the batteries, I'm still not sure how much life is in them because I ran out of trees to cut. I'm so impressed and happy with this purchase!
