  • Miles & Quincy live at Motreaux

This is a well recorded show from June of 1991, the Festival is the most well known Jazz (Music) Festival in the world, held every year in Switzerland, since 1967. The Festival has grown into one of the world's greatest, if you are thinking of doing something special in your life, go to this festival, you will never forget it! The album is a wonderful live visit to old Miles favorites from the 1950's when he worked with the great Gil Evans. This is a must have album for any fan of jazz music. Songs from Miles Ahead, Porgy and Bess & Sketches of Spain are the basis of this live show recording.

  • Great Recording of Live Concert of Miles and Quincy Performing Gil Evans Classics

This is a live concert that brings together Miles Davis and Quincy Jones, whose arrangements of these pieces by Gil Evans, along with his leading the band in concert, produce a wonderful, lively and well-recorded musical experience. Recommended.

  • Two Titans of Jazz!

This was a monumental session between two trumpet players that went separate ways to greatness. Quincy studied under Nadia Boulager and Miles kickin'in the Birth of The Cool in the fifties and now in the early 90s when they both thirst in still reinventing jazz, they come together. At long last!

  • Miles

What can you say about the man music. It is just simply Miles. I grew up with his music. I purchased the CD for my parents for Xmas because the grew up in school with him. It is just simply Miles. it is wonderful
