I was sent a Renata 377 battery instead of a 371 as ordered. Rather than accept my word, apologise and send the correct one, I was asked for photographic evidence (this is a £1.99 battery). Uploading photos is not my strong point but after lots of faffing about I managed it eventually. I was then sent the correct one. No hint of apology for the lack of trust and inconvenience caused. Not impressed by this company.
