The phone was in the condition described, that s not the reason for feedback. The phone was shipped incorrectly and they offered an apology, and that they d send a refund of the $20 next day shipping. I didn t receive the refund until upon second contact, letting them know I d be leaving negative feedback. Once everything was settled, I feel neutral feedback is warranted.
