I have been in contact with the seller and shipper, but nothing is being done as of yet. I am disappointed and upset for my loses. The shipper wants the seller to contact them about the lost package, but I am the one that payed and out of over $200 dollars for both items. Sign frustrated & disappointed.

Seller communicated very well every step of the way and was very helpful when shipping information needed to be corrected from an error on my end. Suit is exactly as pictured and is tailored to the sizes I gave them. All in all it's a great price for a tailored suit, I'd expect a retailer would charge at least double the price for the same material quality and tailoring. I wondered how it would be packed and imagined something like a large pizza box. I was surprised when it arrived as it was tightly packed in a compressed bundle. As a result, the suit is quite heavily creased and I will have to get it steamed to straighten it all out. Other than that, it's great and I would likely order from this seller again.
