just as described --purse is a little more durable than I thought it would be which is great. the side pockets are a little smaller than my cell phone but they do hold other things like my keys which in my last purse I lost several times. Material is def water proof and can be wiped clean. shoulder strap is adjustable. has quite a few side pockets and inside pockets for credit cards, ins. cards etc. Thanks for a nice product.
