      Tighten everything prior to installing unit. It works great when finally installed

      When you finally get it to work without leaking,it is fine. The directions on the containers say,"PLEASE DO NOT tamper with the housings and filters, as they are pre-installed and tightened. "FALSE" THEY ALL LEAKED. My mistake for believing the message. I ended up taking the unit apart 3 different times to fix leaks.

      Overall good quality

      Unit arrived well packed. Installation was straightforward after a couple of reads through the instructions. The only issue was the feedwater attachment, which was 1/2 inch rather than the standard 3/8 inch compression fitting on a kitchen sink supply stop. A quick trip to Home Depot took care of that. The faucet is stylish and seems to be good quality, all the fittings worked well, with no leaks. Great value!!

      Needs Detailed Installation Instructions

      Overall good product. I wish the valves were a little more quality, like brass, but for the price it's what I would expect. I've been using it for a little over a month now and really enjoy it. The one thing that really annoyed me is that the item barely came with any installation instructions. I had to use installation instructions from another companies website that was similar to do the job. Once having installed it once I'm confident I could do it again with the vague instructions they included (or no instructions) but it would have been nice if they included it in the first place.

      reverse osmosis

      I am s pleased with this unit. all of the instructions are precise, but you must read them first. The hoses are color coded for simple installation with push together fittings. After flushing per instructions my TDS total dissolved solids coming in at faucet was 338 ppm and out of the RO the TDS is 18ppm. I also feed my ice maker off the RO. What great pure ice cubes I have.
