    This seller did not ship my item, is not returning messages and I am trying to get a refund from Ebay. The process is horrible. First as a buyer we beg for our item from seller, then we have to beg for refund from Ebay. Hate the refund policy from Ebay. It should be much easier and sellers like this should have their shops shut down!
