I ordered this item and experienced an issue with installation. The cap on one of the joint cross sides cracked on install. Could have been partly due to the new yoke not being properly dimensioned, but I contacted seller with pictures and details and they never returned my messages.

Hi, Dear CustomerI messaged you back regarding this situation and somehow it didn't go through. if you check online you should install the cross-bearing with a hammer or a piece that fit the cross-bearing install it. You used a press and when you applied too much pressure, it destroyed the item. Due to user error, I am sorry we cant do anything about returns.
