FedEx claimed they delivered the machine to my home on October 14, but in fact they didn't do so. When I informed the seller of this, they offered to immediately send me another one free of charge. But just as the seller was going to do this, the original machine arrived on Oct 2O, ONE WEEK LATE, so no need. But this seller went not just the extra mile but the extra ten!
