I never opened the box yet. But The first time I ordered, I used the wrong account which over drew. I contacted the owner and without hesitation,  they refunded the money. After switching my PayPal account I re-ordered from them and they Sent out the item in a timely manner. Looking forward to putting this sissy bar on my motorcycle.
