    Lacking 2 important features

    Pros: great suction ,cord rewinder, HEPA filter Cons:A bit heavy, Brush roller extremely loud,no brush roll shut off switch, brush head doesn't fit under bed,difficult to try to reach shelves,hand tools use plastic blades instead of brushes. For a 5th star would require brush roll shutoff ,and a hose extension.

    Vacuums good, heavier than I’d like

    The suction was good, the cord needs to be longer. It’s really loud and kinda bulky. Don’t like the fact that the dirt bucket doesn’t just empty. I have to stick my fingers in there to pull the dirt clumps out

    A GREAT VACUUM I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT IT I HAD A HOOVER VACUUM FOR OVER 20YRS IT STILL WORKED BUT THE CARPET ADJUSTER BROKE NO ONE COULD FIX IT DUE TO NO PARTS
