The roof rack cross bars were pretty solid well built but the details of paint and assembly instruction well not there. There were multiple spots( more than 20) , on the cross bars or the mounting foot or other hardwares, missing paint. The rack were rusty on these spots even before I put them on my roof. I had to spend extra time to polish off the rust and repaint the missed spots. The QC of this product definitely needs improvement.

The instructions are Actual Picture Diagrams and not just literature. Paint chips and damages during transport must be reported to the shipping carrier since all this item was sold as "NEW". FYI. All Cross bars from 2019'+ are galvanized before powder coating.

Buyer be aware. Read listing carefully. Purchased overstock/as is ladder racks for vans. Two of the four packages came without mounting harware. It was described in the listing as such that items might be missing. Had to go purchase about $20 in hardware from the store. Still best deal by far on ladder racks. All the bars and brackets were in perfect condition. Would buy from again.
