    It is the best. It is chewable but not hard or to soft. It is just right! Love the flavor. I can chew on 1 piece for a long period of time. I have tried many kind.There are no comparison to other brands. I Thank you. Nicotrol is so soothing.

    Two weeks out and I'm feeling so good.

    The hardest part about quitting smoking to me was happy hours/bar time with my friends. Without this gum I'd have become a recluse and that's no good all around because crashing and burning (literally) would be imminent. I've smoked about a pack every 7 to 10 days for 17 years. This gum scratches my urge to smoke when drinking, such a great product. This accompanied by signing up for the No Butts texting program and meditation is a Godsend. Soon will incorporate exercise to the regimen as well!
