Shipment came damaged from carrier and missing the handle to pump the jack. Noted it on shipping form and contacted seller. They tried sending me a new one but sent the wrong part. They said they were getting a new one from the manufacturer. That was June 21st, and they said it would ship the week after. It is now July 9th and I have gotten no update, and I am not going to ask anymore since I'm the one who spent $1000+ and even paid an extra $100+ to have it delivered. Wish I had a handle to use
