In general the adapter works correctly. I realized one small caveat when I received my copy, which is that the locking ring is not made of metal as the shiny surface on the photographs would indicate, but some sort of plastic. It holds the camera/lens firmly (in my example it is the Sonnar 180/2.8 and 300/4 on a Phase One XF, so it is sort of extreme weight), but it is a bit stiffer to unlock than a regular metal ring (compared to the Pentacon Six or other adapters / extension tubes i have).
