    Tight Fit

    This holster is supposed to fit S&W 5900/4000 series pistols. I have a 4006 with adjustable sights. The holster fit was beyond tight. The pistol became wedged or locked into the holster. I had to file the molded sight groove deeper, lubricate the pistol, and then work the pistol in and out of the holster until it literally wore away enough plastic so to actually be able to draw the pistol when on the belt. Perhaps a 4006 TSW with lower front sight might work better. Thus, this is not as universal a fit as stated.

    Needs modification to fit S&W mod:4006

    Had to heat it with a heat gun and stretch the barrel point end because my 4006 was too tight in it. It' working perfect now.
