Shipment process was okay, no issues. However, the description of the listing doesn't state that for it to work, a certain software specification is required on the Mac for it to work. As such, I purchased a drive that I cannot use because of this lack of info. The seller provided instructions that did not work and turns out the drive wasn't even in working order after diagnostic testing. I won't say do not purchase but ensure you have all the facts in making an informed purchase. Cheers.
