The delivery date was sent at a ridiculous 2.5 months after purchase. It was allegedly dispatched immediately in March, but by the end of April it still hadn't arrived, they later told me they sent it un-tracked from the point it was handed to royal mail in the UK. They finally refunded the money and said they would be taking my advice as to how to improve their customer service.
