    This carburetor needed adjusting but all carburetors do. Very nice aftermarket carb. The throat where the throttle butterfly is located has a mirror like finish. The mounting screws are not included and are metric, so plan on going to the hardware store for those. The old engine purs like a kitten now.

    Had to drill out and tap new threads in order to use old bolts since no new ones provided. Plug doesn't fit engine and carb must have stuck float as fuel runs out carb. Will have to work on later when I have more time. Hope to get everything resolved soon cause I need mower to work.

    The carb works great. The original carb had English threads for mounting, the new one is metric so I needed new screws. Not a big deal. The add showed a new air cleaner and several other bits and pieces, that did not come with the carb. When I went back and read the add they were not listed to come with the carb only a new gasket. READ the add.

    Good product

    Some complaints are the threads are different than the original so I had to find new bolts. The embossed "choke" name isn't on this product like original. Other than the screws and just engraving a simple arrow or something in the metal ( which I did myself) the product is of good value and I would recommend.

    Very poor quality

    I had to repair it before I could use it. The float was not close to set right. Very cheaply made and needle valves were not in a run position. A person with less experience would never have gotten the engine started with that carb.

    Mounting threads not the same as original.

    It was listed as a replacement carb for my original, yet the mounting threads were a smaller thread meaning that my original mounting screws were too large. I had to take the new carb to the hardware store and size the threads to new mounting bolts. Other than this inconvenience and cost, it is the same otherwise and performs as intended.

    Perfect fit replacement, delivered two days earlier then advertised. Securing bolt-holes needed to be re-tapped 1/4 UNC. No problem.
