    Great communication and customer service! Had an issue with the supplied frame being damaged in shipping. I was able to transfer the shift boot onto the factory frame easily and promptly was issued a credit for the frame. Great product as well, exactly what I was looking for. The only point I would take off on the product is the 3D-printed frame provided probably would not hold up to repeated installs and removals if you are planning on doing more interior or transmission upgrades in the future.
