The Boss BRS65 subwoofer leverages a dual-cone design to give end users a frequency response range from 100 Hz to 18 kHz. Instead of using a traditional set-up with a woofer and a tweeter, this one-way Boss 6.5-inch car speaker features two cones, a woofer and a whizzer. The whizzer is placed at the center of the woofer on this dual-cone car speaker and reproduces high-range sound in lieu of a tweeter. With its 6.5-inch diameter and mounting depth of 1.8 inches, the Boss BRS65 subwoofer has been designed to fit a wide range of factory-standard speaker openings, making it an ideal replacement choice for OEM speakers in a car. The cones in this Boss 6.5-inch car speaker are manufactured from a polypropylene blend that has been engineered to deliver both heightened conductivity and a sturdy structure. With all of these features, this Boss 6.5-inch car speaker delivers a comprehensive audio solution to consumers in an efficient dual-cone car speaker design.
