The only piece I didn't use was the hammock bed because I couldn't secure it so that the kittens didn't get tangled in it. It was a great purchase and much better than a crate, cage or canvas type play pen for kittens.

Item arrived intact and exactly as described, pretty easy to assemble once we straightened out a couple hooks that were bent when packaged (no damage on box hence the conclusion during packaging) Bought for my 17-year-old cat that has social issues with our two younger cats and wouldn't use the box. The ramps were a hard for her to walk on, paws got caught, so I wrapped the ramps in yarn and now she can get up and down them just fine :)
