Generally satisfied with purchase. A comment about “stock photos” though. The buyer can not see the exact computer they are purchasing. In this case I would have preferred the base model Dell Latitude 5480 without any extra options (no pointer stick, fingerprint reader, extra keyboard keys etc.) Some screen-burn noticeable, but not bad. Laptop lid/screen loose in the hinges, but again, not bad. OS loaded good and so far everything else seems to work fine. Thanks.

As described, packed well and shipped very quickly. Unfortunately the box was crushed and otherwise handled roughly by the shipper and as a result damaged the tray door of the printer. Still works, but I need to tape the tray closed. Seller was super responsive and offered a partial refund to compensate.
