Smooth ctivator for dark brown hair
I have dark brown hair and I used this 40 developer with the W2 bleaching powder for 40 minutes. The ratio I used was 1 part bleaching powder to 2 parts developer for 20 minutes. It took my dark hair to a brassy bright yellow. The second step with this same 40 strength developer was to use it 1 part Wella's T18 coloring with 2 parts 40 developer for a complete dull white hair with no yellowing left to see. The final stage I took after washing out the T18 was to "not wash" with a purple shampoo, but to condition only with a purple conditioner. I used Artnatural purple conditioner and it changed my hair from a very low white almost ash blonde hair to a brighter, deeper white tone of hair. I wash once a week with Artnatural purple shampoo, but I condition twice a week with Artnatural purple ...
