This was a stunningly beautiful piece of fragile crystal carelessly wrapped in paper towels and cling wrap and then placed in a flimsy small cardboard box. By the time it arrived from Turkey, there were broken pieces of the crystal throughout the paper towels. Such a shame, and could have been avoided with attention to packaging. No point in contacting seller about it, the damage has been done. There was enough of the crystal still intact that it can still serve our science classroom.
