Great Person To Buy From, Excellent Service, Fast Shipping. The First Canon MP530 Printhead was Defective Error Code U052. Seller replaced that printhead with another and included a nozzle check page in the box. That one was tested before it shipped and worked great with all nozzles clear. The description & shipping time estimate were accurate. Unfortunately, the printhead did not work when installed in my printer. I contacted roy2011_printer_parts about my issue and they were easy to work with to remediate the issue. They made suggestions to try (didn't fix the issue), and then offered a replacement part, however I was not willing to wait a few more weeks for shipping again, so they made a refund offer that was acceptable. I would definitely do business with them again.
