    Good compromise with the old products.

    I must be honest, the old slate sealers w/VOCs did a better job (more shiny & thicker) but stank to high heaven when applying (and are probably outlawed now) so the house had to be completely vented. This product goes on easily & dries fast. I think it will take more coats than the old stuff, but is better for health/environment.
