      The bike rack is new as described. The box was open when we received it but that's because US customs opened it and didn't reseal it. Luckily all parts were still in the box including the keys. The rack is not available in the US so we were glad we could get it from the UK. Seller shipped it immediately and we received it more quickly than we thought we would.       Ordered the towbar along with a bypass relay, the relay came next day, I messaged a couple of days later as the towbar hadn't been dispatched, the towbar came the next day. Bear in mind I had already experienced one cancelled order by the seller because of stock issues. I appreciate the listing states a 3 day delivery window but to wait 2 days then use DHL next day?? I'm giving positive feedback though because the products are so competitively priced.
