Was already charged when I got it, came in really good condition for being used, but had a small piece of the screen gone hence why I took a star off, but other than that it was really good 👍🏾

Also, I love the keyboard with prominent keys. Downsides have been that even though it has bluetooth, it's not compatible with anything--doesn't pick up any of the headphones we have in our house, does not even network to our household printer. I also got notification that it cannot receive system updates any longer, I guess because of it's age. Overall I give it an "okay."

After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
